Background
- On February 15, 2024, traffic restrictions were implemented within the green space due to the risk of falling and fallen trees caused by snowfall and other factors.
- Although removal work for the hazardous trees was started, it was later discovered that the danger area was widespread all over the green space.
- To improve the above situations, a comprehensive maintenance project was considered in June 2024.
- In response, a large-scale survey was conducted by professional contractors over one year in FY2024.
Future Measures
- Based on the survey results, a four-year maintenance project was carried out in FY2025.
