Professor Paul Boyle, President and Vice-Chancellor of University of Leicester (UoL) and his party visited TMU Minami-Osawa Campus on Wednesday, May 28, 2015 and met with President of TMU, Dr. Jun Ueno, Vice-President for Internationalization, Prof. Mitsuru Ebihara and Vice- President for Research, Prof. Takayuki Sumiyoshi, also joined by Prof. Takaya Ohashi, Department of Physics, Prof. Toshio Kikuchi, Department of Tourism Science and Prof. Yutaka Okabe, International Center.

　At the meeting, both parties introduced their unique and remarkable researches respectively, and shared ideas about how to dynamize mutual exchange in education and research. This visit was a constructive and meaningful visit for the promotion of student and academic exchanges between the University of Leicester and TMU as well as for the internationalization of TMU.
