研　究 Current topics span catalysis, healthcare, energy materials and fundamental coordination chemistry.

社会貢献 I have served on the Scientific Committee of High-Tech Polymer Materials (HTPM) and organised many international workshops. These include a series of Anglo-Japanese Supramolecular workshops (2001, 2004, 2005 Saga, Japan), Anglo-Japanese Materials workshops (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 Osaka, Japan), an Anglo-Diawa Energy workshop (2007, UEA, Norwich), Sino-UK workshops on Polymer Chemistry and Materials Science (2012-15, 2017 in Chengdu, China), Materials Chemistry workshops (2016 and 2018 in Xi’an, China), and a Medical Imaging Alliance workshop (2018, Novosibirsk, Russia).
