Contributing to the creation of near-future social infrastructure by coordinating and integrating information networks, communications, and energy
Computers and electronic technologies evidently lay in the center of social and industrial infrastructures. The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) offers two programs, computer systems program and electrical and computer engineering program. The former allows students considerable flexibility in tailoring choice of courses, including computer networks/systems and telecommunications/sensing technologies; the later provides students with a wide range of courses in telecommunications/sensing systems and electrical engineering. In both programs, students will be equipped with comprehensive knowledge from software to hardware, and in completion of courses, we prepare students for leading engineers and scientists with broad foundations and practical skills in electrical engineering and computer science.
*Some specialized programs will be held at Hino Campus from the 2nd year (half).
